"Endurance" is a docking service capable of extending the life of GEO telecom satellites, by taking over AOCS takeover for 5 years.
About the Role
The Head of Germany will lead Infinite Orbits’ strategic development and market expansion within Germany. This role will be responsible for establishing high-level institutional relationships, driving commercial growth, and building industrial partnerships within the German space and defense ecosystem.
The successful candidate will serve as the primary representative of Infinite Orbits in Germany and act as the key interface between the company and governmental, institutional, and industrial stakeholders.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Government & Institutional Engagement
Establish and maintain relationships with senior officials within the German Ministry of Defence (MoD), national space authorities, and related governmental bodies.
Organize and lead meetings with high-level decision-makers to position Infinite Orbits’ capabilities and strategic offerings.
Represent Infinite Orbits at institutional forums, space conferences, and defense-related events in Germany.
Support alignment with German and European space policy and defense priorities.
Business Development & Market Expansion
Present and promote Infinite Orbits’ portfolio of services and technologies to key stakeholders across Germany.
Identify and secure strategic opportunities in government, institutional, and commercial space programs.
Develop and execute a Germany-specific market entry and growth strategy.
Lead negotiations and support contract acquisition efforts.
Industrial Partnerships & Collaboration
Identify and build partnerships with leading German space companies for:
Joint R&D initiatives
Co-production programs
Satellite cooperation and mission development
Develop long-term collaboration frameworks with industrial primes, SMEs, and innovation clusters.
Foster relationships across the German aerospace and defense ecosystem.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
Extensive experience in the German space, aerospace, or defense sector.
Strong network within German governmental and institutional space organizations.
Demonstrated success in business development, strategic partnerships, or country leadership roles.
Strong understanding of the German and European space ecosystem.
Proven ability to engage with senior executives and government officials.
Excellent communication skills in German and English.
Strategic thinker with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
