"Orbit Guard" provides Inspection and Space Situational Awareness services in GEO. Our first, OG-1 was launched on 1 May 2023, the second is launching in 2025 and the third third launching in 2026.
"Endurance" is a docking service capable of extending the life of GEO telecom satellites, by taking over AOCS takeover for 5 years.
About the Role
To complete our dynamic and international team, we are looking for an Electronic Equipment Delivery Manager. He/She is responsible for the successful planning, execution, and delivery of electronic equipment—such as avionics, power systems, control units, or RF systems—to meet program requirements. This role ensures that design, manufacturing, and verification activities are synchronized with program timelines, budgets, and technical specifications.
Job Description
Program & Delivery Oversight
Manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of electronic units (e.g., flight computers, power distribution units, sensor packages).
Develop and maintain delivery schedules aligned with project milestones.
Ensure on-time, on-quality, and on-budget delivery of equipment for integration and launch.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Act as the main interface between engineering, manufacturing, procurement, quality, and program management teams.
Coordinate internal development teams and external suppliers to resolve technical, logistical, or supply chain issues.
Facilitate design reviews (PDR, CDR) and delivery reviews (TRR, DRB) in coordination with systems engineering.
Technical & Quality Assurance
Oversee the development, manufacturing, and testing of electronic hardware to ensure compliance with applicable standards (e.g., ECSS, DO-254, MIL-STD, IPC).
Ensure configuration management, traceability, and non-conformance resolution are maintained throughout the lifecycle.
Support environmental and functional qualification testing (radiation, thermal, vibration, EMI/EMC).
Documentation & Compliance
Ensure the preparation and completeness of end-item data packages (EIDPs), delivery documentation, and compliance certifications.
Track and report delivery status to internal and external stakeholders, including risk assessments and recovery plans where needed.
Supplier Management
Monitor and manage subcontractors or electronics suppliers, including schedule adherence, quality performance, and technical deliveries.
Lead supplier meetings and audits as necessary.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related technical discipline.
5+ years of experience in aerospace, defense, or complex electronics delivery.
Proven track record in equipment delivery management, production control, or hardware project management.
Strong understanding of electronic hardware development lifecycle and relevant standards (ECSS, NASA, DO-160, IPC-A-610, etc.).
Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

PMP or equivalent project management certification.
Familiarity with ERP and PLM systems (e.g., SAP, Windchill, Teamcenter).
Experience with spaceflight electronics, aviation systems, or ruggedized electronics.
Exposure to cleanroom protocols, flight hardware integration, or space environmental testing.
