"Orbit Guard" provides Inspection and Space Situational Awareness services in GEO. Our first, OG-1 was launched on 1 May 2023, the second is launching in 2025 and the third third launching in 2026.
"Endurance" is a docking service capable of extending the life of GEO telecom satellites, by taking over AOCS takeover for 5 years.
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, service-oriented and organised Receptionist / Office Manager to play a key role in the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.
As part of the People Team, and as the first point of contact for visitors, you will be a central interface for internal teams and external partners, contributing directly to creating a professional, welcoming and well-organised workplace.
This role combines front-desk responsibilities with selected office management tasks, offering a varied and people-focused position at the heart of the company.
Job Description
Welcome clients, visitors and external partners, ensuring a warm and professional first impression.
Manage visitor registration upon arrival and check-out upon departure.
Receive deliveries, handle incoming mail and coordinate internal distribution.
Ensure the office is consistently tidy, professional and presentable
Support day-to-day office upkeep (coffee areas, meeting rooms, coordination of basic cleaning services).
Monitor office supplies and stock levels, anticipating needs and triggering orders when required.
Act as a go-to person for office-related requests and operational topics, coordinating or redirecting to the appropriate contacts when needed.
Requirements
Previous experience in a reception, office management, or administrative support role is an asset.
Fluent English is mandatory; working knowledge of French is highly appreciated.
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong sense of service.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic office environment.
