About the Role
As a Cybersecurity Governance & Operations Specialist, you will be the guardian of our digital assets and compliance frameworks. You will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and technical implementation, ensuring that our internal systems and supply chain remain resilient as we scale our space missions. You will report directly to the IT/Security lead and play a dual role: securing our processes (Governance) and maintaining our defense perimeter (Operations).
Job Description
Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)Â
Access & Rights Reviews:Â Lead periodic audit campaigns for user permissions across critical applications, cloud environments, and Active Directory.
Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM):Â Evaluate the security posture of our suppliers and partners, conducting security audits and reviewing technical questionnaires.
Policy Enforcement:Â Assist in the development and enforcement of Information Security Policies (ISSI) aligned with industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIS2).
Reporting & KPI: Define and track cybersecurity metrics to provide visibility into the company’s risk level.
Awareness Programs:Â Assists in delivering cybersecurity training sessions for the team to foster a "security-first" culture.
Security Operations & Technical Support
Security Tooling:Â Administer and optimize our security stack, including EDR, Antivirus, Firewalls, ...
SIEM Management:Â Assist in the configuration of the SIEM, ensuring log ingestion and fine-tuning detection rules.
New Tools Deployment:Â Lead or support the rollout of new security solutions (MFA, Password Managers, Encryption tools).
Vulnerability Management:Â Monitor system vulnerabilities and coordinate remediation efforts with the technical teams.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience:Â 5 years of experience in Cybersecurity Governance or Systems Administration with a strong security focus.
Technical Skills:Â
Proficiency with SIEMÂ (e.g., Splunk, Sekoia, QRadar) and EDRÂ solutions (e.g. Crowdstrike, HarfangLab).
Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management (IAM)Â and Network Security (Firewalls, VPN).
Knowledge of GRC frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, ANSSI guidelines, II901, ...).
Soft Skills:
Proactivity & Autonomy: Ability to take ownership of projects and drive them to completion in a fast-paced environment.
Rigorous & Detail-Oriented:Â Essential for managing access rights and audit trails.
Analytical Mindset:Â Ability to translate technical risks into business impacts.
Language: Fluency in English is mandatory (international environment); French is a plus.
