"Orbit Guard" provides Inspection and Space Situational Awareness services in GEO.
"Endurance" is a docking service capable of extending the life of GEO telecom satellites, by taking over AOCS takeover for 5 years.
About the Role
Reporting to the CFO, the Corporate Finance Analyst will play a key role in supporting Infinite Orbits’ strategic financial activities, including fundraising, financial modeling, and long-term business planning, while working closely with senior management and external financial stakeholders.
Job Description
Main Responsibilities
Fundraising & Financing
Support the CFO in equity and debt fundraising operations.
Prepare fundraising materials (teasers, data rooms, financial models).
Participate in investor and lender due diligences.
Monitor term sheets and financing conditions.
Financial Modeling & Projections
Build and maintain the corporate financial model (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
Develop multi-year business plans and strategic financial projections.
Model the impact of different financing structures on the company.
CFO Support
Participate in strategic meetings with investors and financial partners.
Contribute to corporate finance projects (M&A, restructuring, etc.).
Support valuation analyses and financial structuring topics.
Requirements
Education & Experience
Master’s degree in Finance, Business School, or Engineering.
Previous experience in M&A, Private Equity, or Corporate Finance.
Technical Skills
Advanced Excel skills with strong financial modeling capabilities.
Solid understanding of financing instruments (equity, debt, convertibles, etc.).
Strong knowledge of financial statements and valuation methodologies.
Personal Skills
Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders (investors, bankers).
Languages
Fluent French and English required.
Conditions
