Established in 2017, Infinite Orbits is a NewSpace company, based in Toulouse, pushing the boundaries of in-orbit services with cutting-edge spacecraft driven by its own RendezVous solution, an advanced Autonomous Vision-Based Navigation Solution.
-"Orbit Guard" is a nanosatellite capable of monitoring objects from GEO orbit. Our first was launched on 1 May 2023!
-"Endurance" is a docking service capable of keeping customer satellites in position for an extended lifetime of 5 years, paving the way for future in-orbit maintenance services.

About the Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing annual and mid-term financial plans (budgets) for the company.
- Analyzing and preparing budget realization reports and KPI analyses on a per-project basis (4 to 5 projects).
- Providing financial reporting to grant institutions, investors, and the Board.
- Ensuring monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Overseeing quarterly and year-end financial closing, collaborating with accounting experts to ensure compliance with all controls and accounting standards.
- Implementing internal controls related to accounting and operations.
- Collaborating with teams during project budgeting development and controlling budget implementation.
- Preparing presentations with financial and operational results for executive-level, donors, and the board.
- Conducting ad-hoc evaluations and analyses.
- Managing and training young professionals.
- Implementing and adapting an accounting system.
- Conducting financial modeling (business plan).
- Managing cash flow.

Requirements
A business school or Bachelor's degree specialized in finance, audit, or management control, or a Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or a similar field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in controlling, audit, and/or accounting roles, either in an accounting firm or in the finance division of a medium-sized company.
Proficiency with Excel.
Good level of English: We value teamwork and problem-solving. Since our team is international, English is the working language at Infinite Orbits.
Good level of French.
Organized, rigorous, and motivated individual. Strong attention to detail.
