About the Role
The main mission of a Senior Business Developer is to drive business growth in France and Europe by identifying and seizing new grants and sales opportunities while building and maintaining client relationships.

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer
Job Description
Build and maintain trusting relationships with various public and private clients in France and Europe (i.e. CNES, European Commission, EUSST, ESA, DGA, EDA etc.).
Identify sales or grant opportunities by closely monitoring each entity's strategy, as well as current and upcoming calls
Set up consortiums with strategic partners.
Draft proposals in line with the company's roadmap and customer needs.
Enrich the company's market analysis and technical roadmap with customer feedback.
Skills
Technical Proficiency: Strong technical background in aerospace sector ideally on satellite system engineering, operations and/or optical subsystem engineering and understanding to effectively communicate complex solutions to clients.
Bizdev/sales background: Strong business developer or sales background with European and/or French entities.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical concepts and engage with clients effectively.
Market Analysis: Ability to conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
Proficiency in professional English (in Infinite Orbits’ team, we speak English).
Autonomy and determination.
Requirements
The candidate must:
Have a technical background (with at least a Master's degree in aerospace engineering or equivalent).
Have at least 5 years' experience as a business developer or sales representative in the space sector.
Have previous experience with French and/or European entities.
Have knowledge of the space market and, ideally, the in-orbit services market.

Have past experience in the sale of satellites or space services.
Have past experience in a Newspace company (in Europe or elsewhere).
Have past experience in the defense sector.
