"Orbit Guard" a nanosatellite capable of monitoring objects in GEO orbit, and "Endurance" a docking service extending customer satellites' lifespans by 5 years.

About the Role

The main mission of a Business and Sales Development Engineer is to drive business growth in US by identifying and seizing new sales opportunities while building and maintaining client

relationships.

The assigned missions and tasks are subject to evolution and under the direction of the employer, reporting to the head of the "Business" department within the "Sales" department of the Commercial Direction. Located in US.

Job Description

  • Conducting technical pre-sales evaluations and managed technical interfaces with clients.

  • Keep the organisation updated with technology and space market analysis.

  • Draft technical aspects of proposals, identify future trends, and support sales and marketing efforts.

  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and provide technical expertise during the sales process.

  • Lead technical discussions and presentations with clients to demonstrate product capabilities and address technical queries.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry experts.

  • Keep the organisation up to date with analysis of technology and the space market, emerging technologies and industry trends to advise on product development and market positioning.

  • Provide training and support to sales teams on technical aspects of products and services.

  • Analyze competitor products and strategies to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for differentiation.

Requirements

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong technical background and understanding to effectively communicate complex solutions to clients.

  • Sales Acumen: Proficient in sales techniques, negotiation, and closing deals to drive revenue growth.

  • Market Analysis: Ability to conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical concepts and engage with clients effectively.

  • Proficiency in professional English

  • Understanding of virtual environments
